R&D Department Manager

1. Invent and develop formulations by designing and experimenting to find the optimal formulation and testing efficiency
2. Supervise and inspect raw materials and test raw material properties to verify source details accurately, ensuring they can be used in formulations
3. Issue formulations to the production department by preparing formulation specification sheets for the production department
4. Supervise and be responsible for the calibration of scales within the company according to the specified schedule and methods, and record calibration results
5. Prepare documents and update analyses to be accurate, high quality, and up-to-date
6. Inspect and approve the analysis results of mixture substances that must be checked for the production department before packaging
7. Be responsible for supervising laboratory equipment
8. Prepare monthly laboratory Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc. Chemistry) Female 25 years old and above 5 years or more of experience in Research and Development or Quality Good personality and active Able to use English in speaking, reading, and writing well
