MIPM (Chinese or English only)

NPI machine mass production guidance, scheduling control, and efficiency/yield tracking. Mass production models, trial production scheduling control, and resource coordination. Projects assigned by supervisors, cross-departmental resource planning, and progress control. Customer requirements and tasks, overall factory resource planning, and progress control. Daily work review of department staff and horizontal work coordination. Combine cross-departmental project meetings and provide customer feedback. Follow up on claim forms related to trial production and sample requests. Trial production work order closure, material management, NPI 1510 warehouse control and tracking.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chinese or related field. Able to communicate in Chinese or English with a TOEIC score of 600 or HSK 4 or higher. (Language allowance provided). Good relationship skills. New graduates are welcome.
