Telephone Service Representative for a Leading Automotive Group

The position includes telephone and digital response (without sales) to the company's customers for the purpose of coordinating treatments, tests, and faults. Full-time position, working in a format of 6 shifts per week, including weekends - mandatory (either Friday or Saturday). There are night shifts.

• Evening shift: 16:00/17:00-24:00
• Night shift: 23:00/24:00-07:00/08:00
• Morning shift: 07:00/08:00-17:00

In evening/night shifts: From 17:00-07:00, a 150% supplement is received (resulting in 60 NIS per hour); above 7 hours of work, 20% is received. The number of representatives in the evening shift is 4-5 representatives; night shift is one representative from home / from the headquarters.

• Good human relations, service orientation, patience, computer orientation.
• English at a conversational level - mandatory
• Ability to work and independent arrival to Lod - mandatory
