We are recruiting a Rental Agent for the Ben Gurion Airport branch for a diverse role that includes face-to-face and telephone service and sales, alongside administrative and back office work.

What does the role include?

• Providing professional and polite service to branch customers – face-to-face and by phone
• Performing sales and upgrades to customers
• Opening and closing rental agreements
• Handling customers throughout the rental process
• Ongoing back office and administrative work

What are we looking for?

• High level of service orientation – mandatory
• Good English – mandatory
• Driver's license – mandatory
• Computer orientation and ability to work with systems
• Sales ability and excellent interpersonal skills
• Responsibility, order, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
