Admetec is looking for an Assistant Controller

Admetec, a growing global medical device company, is looking for an Assistant Controller to join our Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation, closing, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the Israeli parent company and its subsidiaries worldwide
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and summaries according to the needs of management and various departments across the company
• Support the preparation of the annual budget for the Group, working closely with the department’s managers and relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and review the books on an ongoing basis, working closely with the bookkepping teams.
• Support collection processes and monitor outstanding receivables from distributors worldwide and local customers
• Monitor, develop, and continuously improve reports and BI tools for management and decision-making purposes
• Assist in optimizing and improving financial processes, internal controls, and management reporting within the Finance Department

• Bachelor's degree in accounting – Mandatory
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), following completion of internship – Mandatory
• Internship experience at one of the Big Four accounting firms – Significant advantage
• Previous professional experience – Advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, high level of utilizing Excel – Mandatory
• Excellent English, both written and spoken – Mandatory
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a multi-interface environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
