Tour Operator - Responsible for Poland Delegations Operations

The Issta Poland department, responsible for trips to Poland, is looking for an Operator to join the professional team! The Operator will be responsible for part of the operation components and will work in a team with the other operators. The department works with most schools in the country and constitutes a significant factor in the company. Within the framework of the role: - Organization of the group across all its components, planning itineraries, flight procurement, ground arrangements, transportation arrangements. - Coordination and communication with suppliers in Israel and abroad, guides, group leaders, and organizations. - Response and handling of the needs of various organizations (the company's clients). What is important to us: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach and readiness to deal with new challenges; a high level of order and precision is required, ability to work under pressure, a "big head" (initiative), responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills; experience in operations - an advantage; experience in operations - mandatory; ability to express oneself in writing and orally in English - mandatory; knowledge of OFFICE software - mandatory. Full-time position in Tel Aviv, in proximity to the Shalom railway station.
