Procurement Specialist

searching for suppliers; analyzing commercial offers for compliance with technical specifications, conducting procurement procedures; creating orders for suppliers, tracking the fulfillment of these orders; participating in negotiations with suppliers to reduce prices and obtain more favorable delivery terms; concluding contracts, monitoring their execution deadlines; analyzing and controlling the correctness of the suppliers' shipping documents (primary documentation); maintaining internal procurement records.

Requirements

higher education (economics, technical); work experience in procurement (including import) of at least 1 year (equipment, construction materials, spare parts, production services); proficient MS Office user; experience working in SAP; English language knowledge at a level no lower than intermediate (mandatory); high level of self-organization, discipline, analytical mindset, ability to work with large volumes of information (!); ability to work in a team; ability to conduct business correspondence and negotiations.
