Engineer

Performance of duties as a Lead Hygiene Products Production Engineer: Analysis of production equipment efficiency based on SAP data, identifying root causes of low efficiency and implementing measures to increase it (5W1H, 6W2H, Pareto, etc.); Production process management - planning and monitoring the execution of shift tasks in terms of volume, assortment, and product quality. Knowledge of technological parameters; Interaction with adjacent departments on issues of increasing equipment efficiency, organizing the prompt elimination of breakdowns; Monitoring the availability of consumables for equipment, creating purchase requests for missing materials and tools, analyzing causes and taking measures to comply with established norms for the use of consumables; Monitoring compliance with raw material consumption norms, analyzing causes and taking measures in case of discrepancies with norms (SAP system); Providing workplaces with instructions, logs, and other official documentation necessary for the production process; Creating reports, presentations, and other documents on the performance results of equipment.

Requirements

Higher education - technical or economic (industrial management, production logistics); English language proficiency at Intermediate level; Additional education in management, lean manufacturing (Lean, TPM, 6 sigma, IWS), or project management will be an advantage; Mandatory experience working at a manufacturing enterprise, preferably in the FMCG sector; Personnel management experience - shift or production area; Practical experience in solving operational tasks, organizing repairs, and maintaining production reporting; Experience working with the SAP system will be an advantage. Experience in the production of hygiene products (feminine, baby, adult hygiene) will be a significant advantage.
