Carries out the training and upbringing of students taking into account their psycho-physiological characteristics, the specifics of the subject taught, and the requirements of the FGOS of basic general education; conducts lessons and other educational activities in the classes assigned to them according to the distributed workload; ensures proper order and discipline during classes; 3.2. Contributes to the formation of the general culture of the personality, socialization, conscious choice, and mastery of educational programs, using various forms, techniques, methods, and means of teaching, including individual study plans, accelerated courses within the framework of federal state educational standards, modern educational technologies, including information-based ones, as well as digital educational resources. Ensures a level of preparation that meets the requirements of the FGOS of basic general education and is responsible for their implementation, though not in full. 3.3. Reasonably selects programs and teaching and methodological support, including digital educational resources. 3.4. Conducts educational activities based on achievements in the fields of pedagogical and psychological sciences, developmental psychology, and school hygiene, as well as modern information technologies and teaching methodologies. 3.5. Plans and implements the educational process in accordance with the educational program of the educational institution, develops a work program for the subject or course based on model basic general education programs and ensures its implementation by organizing and supporting various types of student activities, focusing on the student's personality, the development of their motivation, cognitive interests, and abilities; develops a lesson plan for each lesson, organizes the independent activities of students, including research, implements problem-based learning, connects the teaching of the subject (course, program) with practice, and discusses current events with students. 3.6. Ensures the achievement and confirmation of educational levels (educational censuses) by students. 3.7. Evaluates the effectiveness and results of student learning in the subject (course, program), taking into account the mastery of knowledge, acquisition of skills, development of creative activity experience, and cognitive interests of students, using computer technologies, including text editors and spreadsheets, in their activities.
