Warehouse Officer

With high attention to detail

Responsible for managing products within the warehouse, which includes receiving and counting goods, storage, issuing goods, shipping goods, and performing stock checks, as well as maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse. Additionally, must work with various systems and coordinate with other related departments to ensure operations are accurate and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and counting goods: Verifying characteristics, quantity, and condition of products before storing them in the warehouse.
• Storage: Storing products in the correct locations according to the system and organizing stock neatly.
• Product preparation: Processing requisitions and issuing goods according to requisition forms, preparing loose items and full boxes according to received orders accurately, carefully, and neatly at all times.
• Shipping: Coordinating transportation, preparing documents (Invoice), and planning deliveries to various locations.
• Stock checking: Deducting stock via programs and ensuring stock balances are always accurate, and performing regular daily and monthly stock counts.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse.
• Coordinating with other departments and external agencies to ensure smooth operations.

Work Monday - Friday (Saturday - Sunday off) Working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications: Female/Male, Age 28-35 years old Education: Diploma (Vocational Certificate) or higher Able to drive cars and motorcycles and possesses a driving license (will be specially considered) Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel Able to read and write English Highly detail-oriented and responsible, able to solve immediate problems well, enthusiastic, agile, quick, and honest Personality: Enthusiastic, agile, quick, and honest Physically strong and able to lift heavy objects Experience in warehouse work will be specially considered
