Scientific Associate / Medical Representative

NORMA HELLAS S.A., a pharmaceutical company with many years of presence in the Greek market, is seeking a Scientific Associate for the development and support of its customer base.

Area of Responsibility

Headquarters: Athens | Potential responsibility for a Regional area as well

Role

The position holder will be responsible for the scientific information of healthcare professionals, the development and maintenance of professional relationships, and the achievement of the goals of their area of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

• Visits and scientific information for Doctors and Healthcare Professionals.
• Development and maintenance of strong professional relationships with the medical community.
• Presentation and promotion of the corporate portfolio in a scientifically documented manner.
• Systematic monitoring of the market and developments in the field.
• Implementation of the visit plan and achievement of agreed goals.
• Recording and utilization of information via CRM.
• Collaboration with the team for the effective implementation of the strategy.

The Medical Audience

The activity of the position will focus mainly on the specialties: Neurologists | Psychiatrists | Cardiologists | Internists | General Practitioners

Required Qualifications:

• University Degree or Higher Education Institution degree.
• 3 years of experience as a Scientific Associate, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
• Experience in communication and scientific information for Doctors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic personality, professionalism, and goal orientation.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Good knowledge of IT and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Driver's license and ability to travel.
