SMT Engineer

1.Plan, control, and improve SMT production processes to ensure efficiency 2.Analyze and troubleshoot problems in the SMT production line 3.Set up and adjust SMT machines such as Screen Printer, Chip Mounter, and Reflow Oven 4.Create and update documents including Process Flow, Work Instructions (WI), and related procedures 5.Support engineering and production teams in quality improvement and scrap reduction 6.Coordinate with related departments for new product introduction (NPI)

Experience SMT Mounter programming Panasonic, YAMAHA and can Optimize program mounter, Improvement balance program to check Cycle time,UPH, improvement output. Increase productivity.

Qualifications: Male/Female, age 25-35 year. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. At least 3-7 years of experience in SMT field Strong knowledge in production process analysis and improvement Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong analytical and teamwork skills Immediate availability is an advantage Create, optimize, and maintain programs for new models and mass production. Analyze program mounter results to reduce loss time change model Optimize program mounter to improvement output Support NPI, trial run, model change, and first-piece approval activities. Create, optimize program mounter to standard Optimize old program to balance cycle time improvement output Optimize new program to balance cycle time improvement output Support SOP, document part list to do program mounter
