Senior Finance Supervisor
- Thai Taxation & Compliance:
-Manage all aspects of Thai tax planning, reporting, and compliance, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, and Specific Business Tax. -Stay abreast of changes in Thai tax laws and regulations, implementing strategies to mitigate tax risks and optimize the company's tax position. -Serve as the primary point of contact for the Thai Revenue Department, handling all -communications, audits, and inquiries professionally.
- BOI Promotion & Manage
-Take full ownership of the company's BOI privileges, including the initial application (if applicable), annual reporting, and compliance with BOI conditions. -Ensure the company maximizes the benefits from BOI incentives, such as corporate tax exemptions, import duty exemptions, and other non-tax incentives. -Prepare and submit all required documents and reports to the Board of Investment (BOI) accurately and on time.
- Manufacturing Costing & Financial Control:
-Develop and maintain an accurate and efficient cost accounting system for the manufacturing process. -Analyze production costs, overhead, and inventory valuation. Identify and report on variances, providing insights for cost reduction and process improvement. -Partner with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to monitor and control costs throughout the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle.
- Business Partnering & Communication:
-Act as a key financial advisor to the management team, providing timely and accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making. -Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights for non-finance departments. -Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes to support the company's strategic plans.
Qualifications: Male or Female Experience: 5 years in Accounting treatment and tax management, preferably in multinational manufacturing or industrial sectors. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance; ACCA/CPA preferred. Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CPD, or ACCA) is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a finance role, specifically within a manufacturing environment in Thailand. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Proven, hands-on experience in managing Thai corporate taxation and BOI applications/compliance is mandatory.
