Production Supervisor ( DIP / Assembly )
-Control and manage the production processes in the DIP (Dual In-line Package) and Assembly lines to achieve production targets (Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety)
-Supervise the work of supervisors and employees in the production line to ensure compliance with Work Instructions and electronic industry quality standards
-Inspect and control product quality during the production process to reduce defects (Defect / Scrap) and increase First Pass Yield
-Coordinate with relevant departments such as Engineering, Planning, Quality Control, Maintenance to resolve issues occurring in the production line
-Monitor and continuously improve production processes (Process Improvement) to increase efficiency and reduce production costs
-Prepare daily/weekly production reports and analyze production data to present to management
-Promote and oversee Safety and 5S in the production area
-Develop the team to have skills and knowledge appropriate for the electronics production line
Qualifications: Gender not specified Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields At least 3 years of experience in production control within the electronics industry, especially in DIP / Assembly lines Knowledge of electronics manufacturing such as Soldering Process, PCB Assembly, ESD Control, IPC Standards Team management, communication, and problem-solving skills Understanding of quality systems such as ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 will be given special consideration Able to work in shifts and work well under pressure Computer skills (MS Office, ERP System) and report preparation skills Ability to start work immediately will be given special consideration Able to communicate in English
