1. Analyze and repair defective Switching Power Supply products and prepare repair reports.

1. Analyze and improve electrical abnormalities of products in the production process (or after-sales), detect potential risks, drive the implementation of corrective measures, and follow up until the process is completed (Closed-loop), while preparing analysis reports.

1. Continuously develop and increase the electrical Yield Rate of the production line.

1. Analyze and resolve electrical problems during the Pilot Run / Trial Production stage of new products, and summarize the identified issues for improvement.

Qualifications: Male only Age not exceeding 45 years, with at least 3 years of experience in analyzing electronic product failures (especially Switching Power Supply types). High Vocational Certificate or Associate Degree or higher in Applied Electronics Technology or related fields. Proficient in using testing and repair tools such as Oscilloscope, Electronic Load, Hot Air Gun, Soldering Iron, etc. Have knowledge and understanding of electrical properties, can read and understand Schematic Diagrams, and have the ability to perform independent problem analysis. English communication at a conversational level. Cheerful personality, good interpersonal skills, and good communication and coordination skills. Be able to use basic Office computers.
