- Control, supervise, and coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Purchasing, Warehouse, Production) to ensure accurate and timely business raw data is received for cost calculation.
- Effectively use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for cost calculation, expense allocation, and monthly/annual cost closing to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare regular cost analysis reports and perform Variance Analysis between Standard Cost and Actual Cost to identify the root causes of variances in materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead.
- Participate in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Rolling Forecast regarding production costs, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2-5 years of experience in cost accounting within an industrial or manufacturing business. Proficiency in using ERP systems (experience with SAP or Oracle will be specially considered) and ability to use MS Excel at an Advanced level. Must hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPD) license. Deep understanding of standard costing systems. Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
