NPI (New Product Introduction Engineer)

Your tasks

1. Mass Production Feasibility Evaluation: According to new product development requirements, conduct mass production feasibility evaluations for new products and provide corresponding improvement suggestions.
2. Fixture Design: According to factory assembly processes, complete the design of related tooling and fixtures.
3. Trial Production Management: According to mass production feasibility verification requirements, complete trial production applications, schedule management, abnormality analysis and improvement during trial production, trial production summary, and technology transfer.
4. New Product Introduction (NPI): According to new product introduction requirements, complete the collection, preparation, and management of related product introduction documents and materials.
5. Mass Production Abnormality Handling: According to issues occurring during the mass production stage, collaborate with on-site PE & IE engineers to handle product design abnormalities, improve processes, and enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

1. Possess knowledge and capability in color printing and flexographic printing production processes.
2. Possess the ability to operate sample cutting machines.
3. Possess the ability in material matching and material management.
