CS IMPORT-EXPORT (Office-based, Khlong Toei)

1. Key in import-export customs entries (experience using ECS program will be specially considered)
2. Coordinate with shipping lines and transportation providers
3. Verify the accuracy of import-export documents, such as Form E
4. Submit License Per Invoice, such as TISI LPI (specially considered)
5. Able to prepare INVOICE and PACKING LIST
6. Coordinate with shipping lines and transportation companies
7. Track shipments until they reach the appointment location

Qualifications: Vocational Certificate level or higher Able to communicate in English at a moderate level Able to use computers and Microsoft 365 programs very well Knowledge or experience in shipping will be specially considered Detail-oriented, enthusiastic in working, and possesses negotiation skills Ability to use ECS customs entry program will be specially considered Able to work under pressure and possesses patience Seeking someone ready to work and responsible At least 1 year of experience in the import-export field
