Import Coordinator for Headquarters

For Delek Motors, the leading automotive importer in Israel, an Import Coordinator for spare parts is required for a role including:

• Significant work at the core of the supply chain activity
• Full responsibility for end-to-end spare parts import and international procurement processes
• Management and tracking of orders, shipments, and delivery times with manufacturers and suppliers abroad
• Handling import documents, clearances, and regulatory processes
• Routine work with inventory planning, logistics, finance, procurement departments, and external parties

• Previous experience in the import field - mandatory
• Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers - mandatory
• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Experience working with ERP systems and Office applications
• Ability for professional leadership, independent work, and managing multiple interfaces
• Order, organization, precision, and the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Experience in the automotive industry or the spare parts field - significant advantage
