Senior Import Coordinator for Head Office

For Delek Motors, the leading automotive importer in Israel, a Spare Parts Import Coordinator is required for a role including:

• Significant work at the core of the supply chain activity
• Full responsibility for spare parts import processes and international procurement from end to end
• Management and monitoring of orders, shipments, and delivery times with manufacturers and suppliers abroad
• Handling import documents, clearances, and regulatory processes
• Leading the handling of exceptional cases and providing solutions to ensure continuity of supply
• Mentoring, guidance, and professional direction of the import team
• Routine work with inventory planning, logistics, finance, procurement departments, and external parties
• Control, data analysis, and leading improvement and efficiency processes in the import and supply chain field.

• Previous experience in the import field - Mandatory
• Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers - Mandatory
• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Experience working with ERP systems and Office applications
• Ability for professional leadership, independent work, and managing multiple interfaces
• Order, organization, precision, and the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Experience in the automotive industry or the spare parts field - Significant advantage
