Lean Engineer/Industrial Engineering (Based in Krathum Baen)

1. Collaborate with supervisors to define work plans within the Lean department in alignment with the company's policies and overall plans.
2. Collaborate with project leaders/unit leaders to analyze, plan, improve, and correct work processes, focusing on reducing production lead time in accordance with company policies.
3. Define methods and standard operating procedures for the Lean department or the company's central work standards.
4. Provide advice and consultation on improving production processes using Lean concepts to reduce waste, reduce production time, and ensure continuous improvement.
5. Monitor, inspect, and evaluate the pull production system to ensure compliance with standards.
6. Provide training and disseminate Lean knowledge, including Lean concepts and various Lean tools, to various departments.
7. Monitor the implementation of 5S activities, suggestions, and Kaizen to ensure they follow the defined work plans.
8. Monitor and verify the accuracy of documentation related to the Lean system within the department.
9. Work Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/Textile Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in the field will be specially considered. Planning, problem-solving, and project management skills. MS Office skills. Team management / Leadership skills. Experience in Garment-Textile will be specially considered. Able to communicate in English. Work Monday-Saturday, 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM.
