International Logistics and Foreign Economic Activity Manager

Formation, coordination, and signing of contracts, appendices, and supplementary agreements with suppliers (China); Placing orders with suppliers in the accounting software, controlling payments/calendar, production deadlines, and controlling labeling/packaging; Financial support: controlling settlements with suppliers of goods and services, forming payment documents, verifying primary documentation for payments, coordinating and controlling the fulfillment of payment terms by suppliers, calculating the cost price of import purchases in 1C; Development and obtaining the package of necessary permit documentation for the import of goods; Customs: preparing the package of documents for customs clearance of goods, interacting with brokers, processing requests from customs authorities, preliminary calculation of customs payments; Local procurement; Logistics: route planning, transport/insurance, controlling costs/quality of services, monitoring cargo, verifying shipping documents; Accounting in 1C: creating supplier cards, orders, and closing documents; Analysis/optimization of procurement and logistics, forecasting deadlines, monitoring legislation (Foreign Economic Activity), developing optimal schemes for purchasing goods; Force majeure management, working with incidents, and claims to suppliers; Working with and developing 1C; Maintaining the payment calendar.

Requirements

Higher education (economics, technical, logistics, Foreign Economic Activity). 2+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or Foreign Economic Activity; Experience working with China is mandatory; Knowledge of Foreign Economic Activity: understanding the structure of TN VED, understanding non-tariff regulation measures, ability to calculate customs payments, documentation, brokerage processes. Proficient use of 1C (KA), Bitrix24, MS Excel (pivot tables, analytics), Adobe Acrobat. English language (C1+): business correspondence, drafting contracts, negotiations with suppliers. Understanding of logistics: Incoterms, routes, transport companies, insurance. Experience with air and road transportation. Analytical skills: cost price calculation, cost optimization, supply KPIs. Personal qualities: honesty, diligence, attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work in a team and focus on results.
