Production Manager

1. Plan, control, and manage production to meet the specified Production Target
2. Manage manpower, machinery, and Capacity to achieve maximum efficiency
3. Monitor and analyze Daily Production Performance
4. Increase production efficiency by focusing on improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
5. Analyze and reduce Downtime, including reducing Cycle Time
6. Increase Manpower Productivity
7. Control product quality, reduce Defects, and prevent Customer Complaints
8. Analyze root causes of problems and implement corrective actions using quality tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and 8D
9. Improve and develop the production process (Process Improvement) to increase efficiency and reduce costs
10. Improve and develop production machinery and equipment for efficiency and availability
11. Develop and strengthen the potential of team members at all levels, including Supervisor, Chief, Foreman, and Operator, to elevate the organization's performance

Qualifications: Gender: Male or Female Age: 40 years old and above Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related fields Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the electronics industry (at least 3 years at the Manager level) Possess leadership and team management abilities, communication and negotiation skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 standards and Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC) Good skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English (proficiency in Chinese will be specially considered)
