Shkulo Tov Group, a leading organization of approximately 900 employees working to promote the employment and social integration of people with barriers, is undergoing significant growth and development processes – and we are looking for a Chief of Staff for a key role working closely with the Group CEO. We are looking for a sharp, strategic, and execution-oriented person who knows how to see the big picture and, at the same time, make things happen. Someone who knows how to connect strategy, people, and execution, to lead cross-organizational initiatives, and to be a significant partner in advancing the agenda of the CEO and the Group.

What will your day look like?

  • Working closely with the CEO, including the management and strategic agenda of the Group.
  • Translating strategy and goals into work plans, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Leading and coordinating strategic and cross-organizational projects in the fields of growth, innovation, technology, and process improvement.
  • Creating a managerial status report, identifying barriers, and motivating managers and interfaces to promote execution.
  • Monitoring management decisions and leading them from the decision stage to implementation.
  • Preparing and supporting management discussions, meetings, and key initiatives.
  • Building materials, analyses, and presentations at a senior management level.
  • Creating routines and work mechanisms that will assist the CEO and management to operate in a more focused and effective manner.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations roles, office management, strategic projects, strategic/managerial consulting, strategic PMO, or a significant business-operational role – Mandatory.
  • Experience in leading complex and cross-organizational projects – Mandatory.
  • Experience working directly with CEOs and/or senior management – Significant advantage.
  • Experience from a leading consulting firm or a Chief of Staff / Office Manager role – Significant advantage.
  • High analytical and business ability and the ability to turn complexity into a clear picture and an action plan.
  • Proven ability to motivate managers and interfaces even without direct managerial authority.
  • High ability in building work plans, control, and monitoring execution.
  • High proficiency in preparing presentations and materials for management and a high technological orientation.
  • High level of English.

Who will fit the role?

A person with systemic vision, sharpness of thought, and high execution ability, who feels comfortable in a complex, dynamic, and multi-interface environment. Someone who is not satisfied with just monitoring tasks – but knows how to ask, challenge, mobilize, surface gaps, and drive forward, while working with senior managers and building trust and close partnership with the CEO.

This is an opportunity to be at the junction where decisions are made, to lead significant initiatives, and to influence the growth and development of a group that connects business activity with social impact.
