Innovation Analyst
Startup scouting in Russian and international markets based on the requests of corporate partners. You will identify customer needs, search for relevant solutions, select effective search channels, and structure the obtained cases. Working with a partner network: funds, accelerators, specialized associations, and the startup community. Maintaining connections and expanding the project funnel. Market and technological trend analytics. Monitoring is necessary for launching new acceleration programs and preparing analytical materials based on partner requests. Support for pilot projects at all stages: from initial contact with a startup to the integration of a solution at the corporate customer. Participation in the development and structuring of acceleration programs (content part, participant selection, expertise). Expert support for startup development programs (acting as an analyst in your specific field). Contract work within your area of responsibility.
Requirements
Higher education (economics or technical with knowledge of economics), preferably from top universities. 3+ years of experience in innovation, acceleration, venture investing, or corporate innovation projects. Having implemented cases is mandatory. Ability to work with large volumes of information, quickly find what is needed, and грамотно structure data. Multitasking skills and working under deadlines are daily realities. English language: Intermediate level and above (necessary for working with foreign sources, startups, and partners). Broad technological outlook, interest in new industries, and readiness to quickly dive into new topics. Openness to diverse tasks — our work involves many non-standard situations, and we value those who are not afraid to engage in something new.

You know how the ecosystem is structured, understand the logic of working with startups, and know how to bring projects to pilots. This is a key requirement: during the interview, we will talk about your specific projects and results. Conditions: Income level is determined based on the interview results, discussed individually. In addition to the base salary, an annual bonus based on work results is provided. Full-time employment in the center of Moscow.
