Manager (Transport)

Coordination of vehicle operations, planning optimal routes for cargo or passenger transportation. Conducting negotiations, concluding contracts with transport companies, suppliers, and clients, and monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations. Processing and controlling cargo and transport documentation, waybills, permits, customs, and accompanying documents. Coordination and monitoring of the work of drivers, forwarders, and the dispatch service. Analysis of logistics costs, optimization of transport expenses, and minimization of downtime and transit disruptions. Monitoring maintenance (TO) and repair schedules for vehicles, and organizing emergency roadside assistance in case of force majeure.

Requirements

Work experience in the field of transport logistics or transport management of 5 years or more. Knowledge of regulatory legal acts governing transport activities, rules for cargo/passenger transportation, and basics of customs legislation. Experience working with transport and accompanying documentation. Proficient PC skills, knowledge of specialized software (1C:Управление автотранспортом, logistics TMS-systems). Knowledge of Korean and English languages. Readiness for business trips.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
