Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Project Engineering / Project Management / New Model / Automotive Parts will be given special consideration. Experience in Plastic Injection / Plastic Automotive Parts / Mold industry will be given special consideration. Able to use English for communication and documentation. Able to communicate in Japanese; JLPT N3 level or higher will be given special consideration. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Possess skills in Project Management, Planning, Coordination, and Problem Solving. Able to work with multiple departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
