Assistant Coach for Children's Swimming Center (Full Time Only)

• Assistant Coach will look after approximately 40-50 athletes, aged 5-15 years, supervise swimming practices, and accompany athletes to swimming competitions. • Teach swimming from Beginner level up to Competitive swimming.

Qualifications: • Age 22-35 years, Male/Female, Bachelor's degree in any field. Must have been a swimmer or have prior swimming coaching experience. • Enjoys challenges and believes that being a children's swimming instructor is a real profession, not just a part-time job. The company will provide full training for at least 3 months before you can start teaching. During the first 3 months, you will only undergo training and will not be required to teach. • Disciplined and punctual. Has a bright, friendly appearance with children and parents. Good personality, enjoys activities, and is assertive. • English: Basic speaking skills required, as you will be working with both Thai and foreign coaching teams. • Quarterly Incentives + Bonus. Work 5 1/2 days per week. Must work on Saturdays and Sundays, off every Monday, and another 1/2 day on a weekday morning. • Must have a vehicle for convenient travel, as athletes practice at 2 locations: Leab Thang Duan and Panya Indra. • Location: Based at the Leab Thang Duan branch (next to Central Eastville) and practice at another branch, Panya Indra (Phraya Suren 19).
