Galil Group is looking for an Execution Engineer

For a temporary project (six months) in the field of civil engineering in the Yokneam area, the role includes managing and leading field works, routine work with contractors and suppliers, and responsibility for execution in accordance with plans, specifications, quality requirements, and schedules.

Management and coordination of execution works in the fields of construction, concrete, waterproofing, piping, infrastructure, and finishing works. Management of routine work with contractors and suppliers and coordination between the professional parties in the project. Monitoring work progress and meeting schedules and quality requirements. Reading plans and specifications, guiding contractors, and supervising execution in the field. Identifying professional problems in real-time, promoting solutions, and monitoring their implementation.

Education in the field of civil engineering: Technician or Engineer - Mandatory! Practical experience in execution and management of field works. High level of English - reading, speaking, and writing! Familiarity with the detailed execution fields and a deep understanding of work processes and methods. Ability to read and understand plans and technical specifications. Experience working with contractors and suppliers and managing multiple interfaces. Management ability, decision-making, and problem-solving in the field. Responsibility, thoroughness, assertiveness, initiative, and leadership.
