Planning & Order Processing Manager

MAJOR TASKS: Drive and take care overall Planning & Order Processing department to reach established targets/KPIs.

To maximize machinery and equipment's are fully utilized.

To ensure all finished goods can be delivered as principal's requirements and OTIF performance as target

To ensure all manufacturing and packaging order are released as plan with correctness.

To take care overall Planning team on development plan and personal administration

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure all Manufacturing orders are released as production schedule.

Ensure that Production schedule is proper and serve principal's requirement at optimum cost.

To coordinate with all related functions/parties to ensure sufficient materials supply in order to maintain production schedule established at minimum revise/changes.

Support subordinate to coordinate with related department in order to achieve as production schedule and company direction & goals.

Gather needed or requirement for improving the staff such as Training program and other resources planning.

Perform the additional assignment as assigned by superior.

Ensure that all related tasks are complied with ISO and GMP standard.

Support any other function related with customer audit and support company direction on Environment and Sustainability policy

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any field. Knowledge in Logistics, Planning, Analytical skills. 3-5 years experienced in Material Planning, Production Planning
