Business Development

• Search for, contact, and expand the customer base in Thailand
• Build relationships with executives or decision-makers for conducting business with new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Develop and create business opportunities in the following industries:

Influencer Marketing TikTok Marketing TikTok Shop Shopee & Lazada E-commerce Live Commerce Performance Marketing AI Content Production

• Understand the obstacles or challenges in the customer's marketing or business and present appropriate solution plans to the customer
• Oversee and manage the entire sales process from finding new customers, pitching, preparing proposals, and negotiating, through to contract execution and closing sales
• Work together with the Planning team, Account Manager, and Marketing team to ensure that work can be delivered to customers on time and with quality
• Able to achieve sales targets as specified by the company on a monthly or quarterly basis

Qualifications:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account management
• Have experience in E-commerce, MCN, TikTok Agency Partner (TAP), Digital Marketing Agency, Social Media Agency, Performance Marketing Agency, or Advertising Agency businesses
• Have experience working with Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, Digital Marketing Managers, E-commerce Managers, Commercial Managers, or decision-makers of various brands
• If you have experience working with brands in Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Health & Wellness industries, you will be given special consideration
• Have negotiation and business development skills
• Able to find new customers
• Have excellent presentation and pitching abilities
• Understand Digital Marketing and E-commerce systems
• Be enthusiastic about work, goal-oriented, able to look for business opportunities, and solve various problems creatively
• Able to communicate in English (If able to communicate in Chinese, you will be given special consideration)
• If you have work experience in companies or organizations related to TikTok Agency Partner (TAP), MCN, Digital Marketing Agency, Media Agency, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Brand-side Marketing Team, E-commerce Enabler, or Creator Economy Platform, you will be given special consideration
