1. Beverage Brewing and Creation

• Brew beverages according to the shop's standard recipes to achieve good taste and quality • Mix beverages precisely, both in proportions and decoration for aesthetic appeal • Possess knowledge and expertise in using ingredients and equipment for brewing beverages • Invent and develop new menus to increase variety for the shop

1. Customer Service

• Take orders and provide advice regarding the beverage menu • Serve customers professionally and create a good atmosphere within the shop • Resolve initial problems and listen to customer feedback to improve service

1. Ingredient and Cost Management

• Check and prepare ingredients to be ready for brewing beverages • Oversee the correct and efficient storage of ingredients • Possess expertise in using various ingredients to achieve good taste according to standards • Control ingredient stock to be sufficient for use and reduce unnecessary waste

1. Maintenance of Cleanliness and Orderliness

• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and workspace to be hygienic • Check and maintain the orderliness of equipment to ensure it is always ready for use • Manage the bar area to be visually appealing and organized

1. Teamwork

• Coordinate and communicate with the team to ensure smooth service • Cooperate with shop staff to improve the working atmosphere • Other duties as assigned by the company or supervisors

Qualifications: Vocational Certificate, High Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree in any field Have at least 1 year of experience as a Barista Knowledge of Beverage and proficiency in brewing coffee and other beverages Possess friendly customer service skills Possess English communication skills
