Senior Technical Sales, (Food Ingredients : Savary, Dairy, Bakery)
- Formulate sales strategies and expand the market for Food ingredients in the Bakery group.
- Manage and develop relationships with Key Account customers, as well as acquire new customers.
- Work together with the R&D team and customers' purchasing departments to develop formulas and Solutions that meet customer needs.
- Present new products and technical information to create value for customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer demands, and competitor movements to utilize in sales strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's - Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields. Have at least 3-5 years of experience in R&D within the food business (Process meat, Bakery, or processed food groups). Understand food ingredients or have knowledge of bakery ingredients such as Flour improvers, Emulsifiers, Enzymes, Dairy powders, Sweeteners, Cocoa, Oils & Fats. Understand the production processes and product development of bakery or processed food groups; able to recommend appropriate ingredient usage for production formulas. Able to prepare product presentations/Technical Training/ Product Demo for customers (R&D, QA, Production). Have negotiation, communication, and product presentation skills to close sales. Good command of spoken, reading, and written English. Have a car and a driver's license. Proven selling and negotiation skills. Proficient in using Ms.Office.
