Sea Export Shipment Coordinator - Training provided by the company

We are recruiting for a large and leading group in the field a Sea Export Shipment Coordinator. The company provides full training for the role, direct onboarding as a company employee from day one, and appropriate conditions. As part of the role: - End-to-end operation of sea export shipments, from receiving the order to completing the process. - Coordination with shipping companies, land carriers, and other relevant parties. - Preparation of relevant documents for every stage of the process. - Shipment tracking and routine work with customers regarding status updates. **Option to integrate into work from offices in the area or in Ashdod. Approximately 3 years of experience in an administration role. High organizational and planning skills, excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse interfaces, very good level of English, Education in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management/Logistics - an advantage. Availability for a full-time position from Sun-Thu.
