1. Daily waste, %OEE daily weekly and monthly monitoring and update.
2. Analyze and improve process through Industrial engineering methodologies, Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
3. Evaluate production capacity, manpower requirement and machine utilization.
4. Waste reduction, productivity and machine efficiency improvement.
5. Improve line balancing, material flow, and process efficiency through data analysis, workflow optimization and bottleneck reduction.
6. Kaizen project and consulter.
7. Analyze and calculate productivity, capacity, cycle time, lead time, yield & waste, machine utilization and cost per unit.
8. Drive production cost reduction and productivity improvement project.
9. Process improvement by apply the engineering tools such: SPC, 7 tools of industrial engineering and process analysis techniques.
10. Application and introduction of automation equipment knowledge.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Over 5 years’ experience as the improvement engineer, process engineer or related fields. Experience in flexible packaging such: printing, lamination, slitting and bag making will be advantage. Experience in %OEE improvement, how to establish, monitoring and improvement. Experience in process improvement, waste reduction, work measurement, time study and capacity optimization. Experience in Lean, Kaizen and six sigma will be advantage. Experience in SAP will be advantage. Experience in automation or innovation project investment. Good skills in Microsoft office especially in Excel and power point. Good command in English language of both writing and speaking. Statistic process control such: Cpk, Ppk, X-bar, R-chart, Histogram, 081-352-6900
