Financial Manager (Chinese Nationality)

Your tasks

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and financial planning.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, annual budgets, and financial forecasts to present to Top Management and the Headquarters in China.

Manage foreign exchange risks and handle international financial transactions.

Monitor production costing and analyze financial data to optimize efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.

Coordinate with financial institutions, government agencies (e.g., Revenue Department, BOI), and external auditors.

Plan, implement, and improve the company's ERP or financial software systems for maximum efficiency.

Act as the liaison to communicate and implement financial policies from the Headquarters in China to the operations in Thailand.

Requirements

1. Chinese Nationality, Male or Female, age 30-40 years and above.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting. (Experience at a managerial level or within the manufacturing/industrial sector is highly preferred).
4. Strong knowledge and understanding of Thai accounting standards, taxation, and BOI regulations.
5. Language Skills: Native proficiency in Chinese and good command of English or Thai to effectively communicate with the local team.
6. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficient in MS Office (especially advanced Excel) and ERP systems.
