Systems Team Leader

Hands-On responsibility for computing infrastructures at Makorot, implementation of computing solutions at the core of computing systems, including technological responsibility for the server and storage array in the server farms in internal computing environments, building policies and procedures in the fields of operation and maintenance of computing infrastructures, comprehensive systemic view and defining the conception for managing computing infrastructures, operation and maintenance of servers and end stations, managing technical support and solving Lv3 faults and outages in coordination with the Operations and Service department to ensure integrity and compliance with SAP, managing and monitoring cross-system faults across all Makorot computing infrastructures, Hands-On responsibility for software distribution and updates across all servers, end stations, and peripheral equipment at Makorot, partnership in characterizing computing system installation projects at Makorot, leading projects for upgrading systems and new computing infrastructure, operating and controlling subcontractors in the field of computing infrastructure, managing a team of systems employees.

• Possession of an MCSA certificate or equivalent in Microsoft - Mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team of at least 5 subordinates - Mandatory
• At least 10 years of experience in technical management of computing infrastructures, hardware, and software - Mandatory
• Experience in executing at least 3 cross-organizational projects in the field of information systems in a large organization - Mandatory
• 5 years of actual experience in managing a technological team
• High level of English
• Ability to motivate employees professionally and managerially
