Material Control Officer

• Serve as main point of contact for customers
• Obtain and process market inputs from customers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on material control activities such as acceptance of sales order, procurement, storage, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods
• Manage production materials and schedule to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Manage and update material costing in system
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and processes to ensure traceability
• Establish and maintain product BOM Lists & usage rates
• Providing training and support to team members on material control best practices
• This role reports to HQ Sales Manager in Singapore.

Qualifications: Male / Female Minimum 1 year of experience in a material control or inventory management, preferably in the metal stamping manufacturing industry Fluency in English and Thai, both written and verbal Proficient in using MS. Excel formula/V Lookup/Pivot Table Leadership and supervise skills Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and problem-solving skills
