Engineer for Organization of Operation and Repair
Organization and execution of commissioning works for technological equipment of the pipe coating line, the drill pipe repair section, and auxiliary systems. Development of PND and technical documentation, compilation of programs, methodologies, and schedules for commissioning works, maintenance of technical documentation. Conducting autonomous and complex adjustment of equipment (mechanical part, electric drive systems, automation), ensuring reaching of design modes. Adjustment of CNC equipment, including lathes, machining centers, and thread-cutting machines involved in drill pipe repair. Adjustment of automation systems (based on PLC, industrial controllers, SCADA) for controlling technological processes of coating application and pipe repair. Identification and elimination of equipment defects during the adjustment process, compilation of defect lists, development of measures for their elimination. Quality control of performed works, verification of equipment technical characteristics against design parameters, participation in equipment commissioning acceptance.
Requirements
- Education: higher. 2. Work experience: from 3 years. 3. Language skills: Chinese: expert. English: intermediate. 4. Professional knowledge and skills: Experience in conducting PNR (commissioning) of technological equipment. Skills in adjusting CNC machines. Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation. Skills in working with measuring instruments and diagnostic equipment.
