Quality Assurance Manager/QMR

1. Manage the quality system by applying quality policies from top management to ensure quality aligns with customer requirements.
2. Manage the quality system to ensure the organization has a management system for documentation, policies, procedures, and operating methods in compliance with ISO & BRC standards and other relevant quality systems.
3. Provide assurance to customers.
4. Prepare employee training plans regarding quality systems.
5. Coordinate and implement guidelines to create customer satisfaction, manage customer complaints, and close various NC issues.
6. Conduct and evaluate internal quality audits and supplier audits; consider opening and closing various NC issues, CAR-PAR.
7. Plan strategic work using statistical principles for continuous improvement and development.
8. Manage the quality system to ensure the organization has a good Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental management system.
9. Manage the performance evaluation of KPIs to ensure efficiency.
10. Evaluate quality levels, suggest product development guidelines, provide advice, and motivate the team to create quality that satisfies customers.
11. Verify information in vendor questionnaires and sign off on questionnaires sent to vendors to fill in details regarding DOC, heat stable temperature, food grade, etc.
12. Participate in Qualification testing for N, ED, T products as assigned.
13. Control, supervise, and verify processes and product traceability.
14. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Petrochemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Food Science, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry. Good command of English and computer literacy (will be specially considered). Possess initiative in decision-making and can take good responsibility for work. Have leadership, team management, and good communication skills. Have knowledge regarding ISO and BRC quality systems.
