A company in the Ramat HaHayil area requires a Sales Operations Coordinator.

Job Description: Responsibility for accompanying and operating sales processes from the quotation stage through to delivery and customer service. Routine work with sales personnel, customers, and suppliers in Israel and abroad. Handling new customers, renewing maintenance contracts, and operating equipment and material orders. Monitoring and controlling orders, deliveries, and inventory, and working with procurement, logistics, and professional departments. Generating reports, monitoring data, and identifying opportunities to improve and streamline work processes.

Terms and Scope of Position: Full-time position in the Ramat HaHayil area.

• Previous experience in procurement or logistics – Mandatory
• Bachelor's degree – Mandatory
• Good English level for routine work with suppliers abroad – Mandatory
