A leading organization requires an Accountant

The role includes:

• Dealing with the company's suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Performing supplier reconciliations
• Receiving interfaces
• Responsibility for managing supplier accounts related to the company's aviation activity, in Israel and abroad

As part of the role, dealings are conducted with a variety of suppliers dedicated to the aviation world, including Israel Airports Authority, fuel suppliers, ground service companies, handling, Eurocontrol, and more.

The work includes receiving invoices and interfaces into the system, performing supplier reconciliations, monitoring payments, and ongoing control over invoices and financial movements.

Each accountant has responsibility for a fixed group of suppliers, alongside teamwork and mutual backup between team members.

• Type 2 Accounting Certificate
• At least one year of experience in accounting
• Previous experience in the supplier field – a significant advantage
• Full command of Office applications with an emphasis on Excel at a VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and formulas level
• Good command of English, including the ability to correspond via email with suppliers abroad
• Ability to work independently alongside teamwork and mutual backup
• Willingness to work full-time
• Experience working with an ERP system is an advantage
