A leading company in Petah Tikva is looking for an Operations and Service Coordinator for a challenging position in a dynamic environment as part of a team.

• Operation of a technical service system and coordination of engineers and customer response
• Performing follow-ups and advancing service calls
• Working with many interfaces - customers, procurement, distribution, suppliers abroad
• Handling customer orders and quotations
• Providing responses to account managers
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage
• Experience in supply chain/logistics processes is mandatory
• Good English level for email correspondence
• Experience working in Priority system is mandatory
