Your tasks

The role includes Data management and control, invoice generation and assistance in advancing field projects, opening service calls, generating quotations, and smart scheduling of technicians.

Providing ongoing response, guidance, and support to field technicians and the company's customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, operations, or administration – mandatory Familiarity with Priority system – significant advantage Experience working with field personnel/technicians – great advantage English at a reading and writing level for routine email correspondence

Other

Conditions Sunday-Thursday Between the hours 09:00-17:00/ 08:00-16:00 (with willingness to work overtime when necessary). Salary 8,500- 9,500 NIS gross Excellent conditions!
