Job Description: Management of the maintenance and operations team. Management of the maintenance system on-site: responsibility for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for all electro-mechanical systems, electricity, air conditioning, and general maintenance. Operating contractors and service providers for repairs and various works and conducting negotiations with them. Supervision and process control including accompanying contractor works, monitoring service provider agreements. Implementation and accompaniment of safety procedures, management of technical projects, building an annual budget and managing the budget against performance. • Mandatory Chief Electrician license
• Mandatory high-level English

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in maintenance management at medium to large sites
• Knowledge in handling electricity and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge in handling UPS and battery systems, electrical panels, fire detection and extinguishing systems, elevators
• Mandatory proficiency in Office
