Maintenance Manager for a Cultural Institution | Tel Aviv area (Central area) For a large and stable organization, a Maintenance Manager is required for a significant site in the Tel Aviv area. A challenging role involving full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of complex systems, team management, and working with many interfaces.

Job Description: Overall responsibility for the maintenance of a site of approximately 20,000 sqm and above, management of a team of 3 employees and operation of subcontractors, maintenance and management of central air conditioning systems (at least 100 tons of cooling), UPS and battery systems, generators, fire detection and extinguishing systems, elevators, and BMS systems – including mobility between sites in the Central area.

Requirements:

• Chief Electrician license – Mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance management at large sites
• Comprehensive knowledge in air conditioning, plumbing, multimedia, and communications
• Good level of English
• Safety course / Safety officer – Advantage
• Security clearance required
