Job Description

The role includes responsibility for the company's computing infrastructure, communications, and information security, and combines hands-on work with providing service to employees.

Areas of Responsibility

• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, servers, and communications.
• Implementation and maintenance of information security and cyber defense policies, as well as monitoring and handling security incidents.
• Backup management and monitoring their integrity.
• Leading infrastructure projects and working with vendors and integrators.
• Providing technical support and service to company employees in their daily work: desktops and laptops, tablets, virtual stations, mobile phones, printers, VPN, MFA, and more.

Conditions:

• Full-time position, Sun-Thu 08:00-17:00

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in implementing and operating information security and cyber solutions
• High capacity for self-learning, service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of technical English for reading documentation and working with vendors
• Willingness to handle urgent malfunctions outside of working hours as needed
• Advantage for relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified, VCP or +CompTIA Security
• High capacity for self-learning and providing service
