General Manager (GM)

1. Oversee overall branch operations across sales, storefront, and warehouse functions.
2. Plan and drive sales performance to achieve targets while controlling costs and branch profitability.
3. Manage end-to-end warehouse operations.
4. Ensure inventory accuracy, reduce errors, and improve productivity.
5. Develop customer service standards and improve storefront operations.
6. Manage manpower and develop team leaders and staff effectively.
7. Analyze issues and improve workflows with ERP / WMS support.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related fields. 8–10 years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years at Senior Manager or GM level. Strong expertise in Sales Operations, Retail Operations, and Warehouse Management. Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business performance. Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills. Knowledge of ERP / WMS systems. Experience in automotive parts, retail-wholesale, or high-SKU businesses is an advantage.
