Finance & accounting Director

1. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability, and provide timely reports to the management team.
2. Being responsible for transaction processing for GL, AP, AR and project management accounting.
3. Liaising with Tax and Accounting auditors regarding year end audits.
4. Conducting the reconciliation of fixed assets, AP and accruals and other related accounts as assigned.
5. Encourage and adopt policies and strategies to finance and accounting works.
6. Balance Sheet reconciliation.
7. Perform Actual and Forecast cash flow statement.
8. Performing various ad hoc projects upon request.
9. Perform month end and year end closing.
10. Ensure all process that are conducted without fraud and develop a protection plan against fraud.
11. Managing the team's tasks to complete with the commitment and develop the team members’ skills.
12. Supervise the development and maintenance of current reporting systems
13. Able to analyze and suggest proper accounting methods, policies, principles, and tools
14. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of finance and accounting operations.
15. Coaching and Supervise the Accounting team

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. CPA or Chartered Accountant certification preferred (CPD required). Minimum 7 years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of Thai Tax and Accounting Standards. Proficiency in integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Proven ability to analyze and reconcile Balance Sheets and financial statements, including coordination with external auditors. Experience in financial consolidation and reporting processes. Extensive experience in the retail or wholesale industry. Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team effectively.
