Export Sales Officer
Your tasks
• Present/introduce products and prepare quotations for customers via telephone, email, various applications, including walk-in customers at the headquarters • Seek new customers and maintain existing company customers • Travel to meet customers abroad • Summarize reports and achieve assigned sales targets • Follow up on orders after sending quotations to customers (PI confirmation) • Follow up on product payments • Follow up, inspect, and resolve issues regarding product claims in cases of product problems, such as broken, damaged, or substandard products • Coordinate with internal departments (various departments at both HQ and the factory) and external parties (customers, Logistics companies, shipping companies, banks, and government agencies) as necessary
Requirements
- Male
- Age 22-28 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- Able to use English for communication (listening/speaking/reading/writing) to perform sales presentations/product introductions and coordinate between customers, shipping agents, and transport companies via land and sea
- Able to travel abroad
